An innovative and fast-growing consulting company is seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the face of our office and provide outstanding front desk support. This role is essential to creating a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members while ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role offers a competitive salary of $45-52k, commensurate with experience, and includes benefits such as PTO, paid holidays, 401k + match.
Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
- Maintain the front desk and common areas, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, conference room bookings, and office events.
- Operate and maintain office equipment such as phones, copiers, and fax machines.
- Handle additional duties as assigned to support the office and team operations.
Qualifications of the Receptionist:
- 2 + years of receptionist experience or demonstrated experience providing a high level of client service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Comfortable using standard office equipment and technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, resourceful approach to challenges.
