Evolve Partners is supporting a rapid growth, large middle market ($300-350M revenue), healthcare firm based on the West Coast, to find top talent for their finance team.
This Senior Financial Analyst/Finance Manager will support a future path to 3-4x growth. This company is highly mission oriented, developing healthcare centers enabling the elderly to age at home. This is saving the aging community from enormous home healthcare costs, reducing the need to move into assisted/senior living if not desired and overall giving our loved ones an exponentially better experience that is covered by Medicaid/Medicare!
How You’ll Make a Difference
- Preform financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking
- Work heavily on strategy
- Analyzing financial data and creating financial models
- Build financial models to predict future performance
- Work closely with the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of FPA, transaction advisory, investment banking, or other relevant finance exp
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data query/data management tools
- Comfortable with Microsoft PowerPoint to build presentations to senior executives
- Strong understanding with Excel formulas and functions

This role is 100% remote (US based) and doesn’t require any travel.
Compensation will depend on the candidate experience.
SFA: $90K-$120K base, 10% bonus + equity.
Manager: $120K-$150K base, 10% bonus and equity.
