Motus Marketing is a dynamic team of professionals, specializing in face-to-face sales and marketing, and focused on creating and executing impactful campaigns for our clients.
Our Direct Marketing Representatives work to represent our clients and their products and services. As a Direct Marketing Representative, you will be the face of our client’s brands, engaging customers in retail locations. The primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, promote products, and drive sales through effective face-to-face marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain current relationships with clients by reaching brand exposure goals
- Execute in-store marketing campaigns
- Engage with customers, promote and generate new customer accounts, and assist existing customers
- Communicate well with customers in an on-site, retail setting
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
We are looking for:
- No prior experience is required; full training will be provided
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
- 1-3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
- 1-3 years of sales experience (preferred)
