Robert Half’s healthcare client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for a 6-month CONTRACT opportunity. This is 2 days/week onsite and 3 days/week remote.
3 years in digital marketing/website/social media, preferably in healthcare. Well-developed project management and writing skills with strong attention to detail. Proficient in web technologies, social media and analytics. Highly efficient to handle multiple projects and deadlines, often working directly with management for marketing projects. Experience in WordPress, Adobe Suite, a plus.

Digital Marketing Specialist
- Content Management:
- Upload, update, and optimize content on the WordPress CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Regularly audit website content for errors, broken links, and outdated information.
- Partner Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between our team, and our advertising agency to ensure timely and efficient delivery of digital assets and campaigns.
- Communicate and coordinate marketing efforts to align with organizational goals and initiatives.
- Content Creation & Design:
- Work closely with the team to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Utilize tools like Canva for creating visually appealing graphics when needed (preferred but not required).
- Social Media Support (Optional):
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and posting content on social media platforms.
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements to enhance audience reach.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing content using WordPress CMS.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring content accuracy and quality.
- Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design tools (preferred but not required).
- Experience in social media management is a plus.
