Responsibilities
As a Project Directoryou will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, maintain strong client relationships, and drive the creative and operational aspects of each project from concept through to execution.
- Project Leadership:
Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of projects, including initial concept, strategy development, execution, and post-project evaluation.
- Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet their objectives.
- Team Management:
Direct a cross-functional team of designers, strategists, production staff, and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project execution.
- Strategy & Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, budget, and resources required. Ensure alignment with client goals and project objectives.
- Creative Direction:
Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure the vision, direction, and outcomes of each project are innovative and on-brand.
- Budget and Resource Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and costs are controlled.
- Risk Management:
Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure the project stays on track.
- Quality Control:
Ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout all stages of the project, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Reporting and Documentation:
Provide detailed reports and updates to senior leadership and clients regarding project progress, challenges, and results.
- Post-Project Review:
Conduct post-project evaluations to assess the success of the project, gather insights, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
