Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Lead HR projects such as organizational development, employee engagement programs, and succession planning.
  • Advise management on strategic HR issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee development and training programs to enhance individual and organizational performance.
  • Monitor HR metrics to measure effectiveness and propose improvements as needed.
  • Handle employee grievances and investigations, ensuring fair and equitable resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or related industry, but not essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; degree preferred.
  • HR certification’s and credentials expected
