Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
- Nurture a positive working environment and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Lead HR projects such as organizational development, employee engagement programs, and succession planning.
- Advise management on strategic HR issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee development and training programs to enhance individual and organizational performance.
- Monitor HR metrics to measure effectiveness and propose improvements as needed.
- Handle employee grievances and investigations, ensuring fair and equitable resolutions.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or related industry, but not essential.
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; degree preferred.
