What You Will Do:
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including responsive HTML/CSS coding, audience segmentation, business approvals, quality assurance, and deployment.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Design, implement, and report on engagement metrics for digital campaigns tailored to diverse audiences and segments.
- Optimize marketing communication tactics by fine-tuning messaging, frequency, and delivery for real-time and scheduled campaigns.
- Ensure accurate, clear, and effective messaging is delivered to the target audience.
- Maintain and update email templates using email design best practices to align with SSFCU branding.
- Perform HTML/CSS coding, thorough testing, scheduling, and deployment of emails while managing deliverability, opt-outs, and reporting metrics.
- Support the organization’s digital marketing goals by taking on additional duties as needed, all while adhering to core values.
What We Require:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science/Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in email campaign execution, implementation, testing, analytics, and planning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML/CSS coding.
- Communication Skills: Strong editing, proofreading, and writing capabilities.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent project management abilities and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels in a professional manner.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, or similar email and data automation platforms.
- Working knowledge of sales analytics specific to digital marketing.
- Advanced HTML/CSS coding skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, including multi-table joins, grouping and aggregation, common table expressions, and conditional filtering.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills to meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects.
