About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Beverly Hills, CA. This key leadership position will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with company goals and culture.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing and resolving workplace conflicts while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Develop and implement employee training, development, and performance management programs.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HRIS systems.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in industries such as hospitality, entertainment, or professional services.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR programs and initiatives.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
