About the job

Pride Health is hiring a Medical Laboratory Technician to support our client’s medical facility based in Needham, MA. This opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

  • Support office operations
  • Assist with scheduling and patient intake
  • Handle prior authorizations and insurance coordination
  • Room patients and prepare them for exams
  • Take vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, heart rate)
  • Perform EKGs (Electrocardiograms)
  • Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Active Medical Assistant Certification
  • COVID Vaccination and Booster required, along with the 2024-2025 Flu Vaccine
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)certification

Job Type: Local

Schedule: 5×8– Days – 09:00 AM- 05:00 PM

Pay Range: $28 / hour to $29 / hour

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
