As a Social Media Manager for Bitcasino.io, you will lead the brand’s social media and community presence, driving innovation and engagement in the crypto iGaming industry. We seek an experienced individual with a deep understanding of various social platforms and the ability to craft and execute a strategic plan to achieve our goals. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute Social strategies that elevate Bitcasino’s presence and performance.

✍️ Your daily tasks will be

  • Developing, implementing and executing platform-specific strategies for Owned, Earned & Paid Social Media to achieve our KPIs, including but not limited to, social metrics, registrations and deposits;
  • Taking ownership of managing our brands’ social media channels, including but not limited to, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram and Discord;
  • Leading and guiding a team of social media professionals, focusing on professional growth, collaboration, and accountability;
  • Overseeing end-to-end daily content creation and operations across platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand voice, campaigns, and promotions;
  • Conducting comprehensive pre- and post-campaign analyses to provide actionable insights and continuously improve strategy;
  • Developing and implementing distribution and amplification plans to maximize content reach, engagement, and impact across platforms;
  • Writing video scripts tailored for different platforms and audiences;
  • Following our competitors’ social media channels to ensure our content and promotions remain up-to-date and competitive;
  • Working closely with the internal stakeholders to manage collaborations with influencers, content creators and streamers to amplify brand visibility, ensuring deliverables align with campaign and platform objectives;
  • Collaborating with the partnerships team to ensure effective use of social media-related deliverables from partners;
  • Contributing to the SEO strategy by aligning social media content with the brand’s blog, enhancing discoverability and traffic;
  • Assisting with special projects targeting specific target markets;
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, leveraging insights to refine and expand Bitcasino’s social media presence;
  • Following up on decisions set by the Head of Social Media.

✔️ What we expect from you

  • 3+ years of work experience in editorial and campaign-driven social media & content management on owned & earned Social Media channels, preferably in the iGaming industry;
  • Knowledge of casino, and/or cryptocurrency industries;
  • Extensive knowledge and familiarity with major social media platforms, community platforms, and social media management tools;
  • Proven experience in people leadership, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop a high-performing team;
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on social media metrics and analytics;
  • Experience with project management and working with third parties on deadline-oriented projects;
  • Team-player mentality;
  • Proactive and creative problem solver—you don’t hesitate to search for solutions, ask questions, and propose creative and innovative ideas for campaigns and promotions;
  • A self-starter with excellent time and task management skills, able to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
