About the Role

  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the organisation’s client portfolio.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and expectations.

About You

  • Proven experience in business development, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Solid understanding of sales strategies, relationship management, and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Previous experience in HR or payroll services is highly advantageous.
