Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team At the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel.

The Sheraton Heathrow Hotel is located only few minutes away from the terminals. 428 comfortable, modern bedrooms and suites and modern conference space that features 21 meeting rooms, recently refurbished. Our Cast Iron Bar & Grill is warm and welcoming, serving Great British and delicious seasonal dishes. The Lobby Bar, located in the heart of the hotel, offers fine wines and refreshing cocktails a relaxing atmosphere and lastly, our Discovery Bar provides a great and dynamic atmosphere for any type of event or just a relaxing cocktail during sports games or corporate events/private hires.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and effective sales expertise. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, maintain existing client relationships, and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local, national and international markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to optimize sales performance
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions locally, nationally and internationally

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Proven track record and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, similar sized hotel
  • Strong local market knowledge and awareness
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Sales Related systems
