The Central Sales Customer Service Representative is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, text messages, and other digital platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work effectively in an office environment. The representative will be responsible for prospecting potential customers, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets across multiple channels.

  • Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
  • Utilize various channels to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers.
