About the job
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Manage all stages of the assigned projects for Enterprise Fixed Customers
• Quality acceptance by customer of all deliverables up to and including first bill check
• Manage the identification and mitigation of risks, issues and dependencies for each project and
ensure delivery
• Lead and manage escalations/critical tasks and ensure delivery as per the requirements
• Maintain and update a database of project related documentation
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years customer facing project management experience in a telecommunications
or IT environment
• Should have good understanding of Telecom technologies like Voice, Data, MPLS etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• The individual must have excellent and impactful communication, inter-personal and
presentation skills
