We are a growing DevOps consulting company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As part of our boutique, professional management team, your expertise will shape our marketing future in the DevOps and Cloud industry. Your Responsibilities will be:
- Develop and execute data-driven demand generation strategies to drive organic traffic, inbound leads, and qualified pipeline growth.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns and SEO strategies for maximum ROI.
- Create and implement content and social media strategies aligned with industry trends to engage and grow our audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and partnership collateral.
- Manage marketing automation tools and optimize channel attribution, analytics, and sales tooling.
- Plan and execute online and offline events (e.g., webinars, meetups) to enhance brand presence and generate qualified leads.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a DevOps or Cloud-focused company (SaaS, Professional Services, Cloud provider).
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in demand generation marketing.
- Proven success in driving data-driven content and social strategies to boost organic traffic.
- Experience in launching and managing paid campaigns and SEO.
Would be great to have skills
- Proficiency in MarketingOps tools (e.g., Hubspot, Webflow, LinkedIn analytics, channel attribution, sales tools).
- Experience working with cloud providers and familiarity with the cloud ecosystem.
- Event organization expertise, both online and offline.
- Proven ability to create compelling sales enablement materials.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Development.
- Experience with Marketing Automation tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Collaborative and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of DevOps and Cloud industry trends and ecosystem.
