Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated therapist (under supervision or licensed) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist looking to grow in the areas of perinatal, women’s health, and family/child therapy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with parents and children and be eager to develop their skills while contributing to the practice’s mission of supporting families during critical life stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy and family therapy to parents and children, focusing on perinatal mental health, women’s health, children, and families.
- Conduct both in-office and tele-health sessions with one evening or weekend morning required weekly.
- Engage in case consultation and clinical supervision to further develop your expertise in perinatal, child and family therapy.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions in accordance with practice protocols and ethical guidelines.
- Stay informed of best practices and new research in the areas of perinatal, family and child therapy.
- Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.
- LPC, MFT or LPCC or MFTC (under supervision) in the state of Colorado.
- Experience or strong interest in working with perinatal women, parents, children, and families.
- A commitment to professional growth, learning, and receiving supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or interest in working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) and women’s health issues.
- Experience or interest in working with young children or families navigating behavioral and emotional challenges.
Schedule:
- Thursdays (in-office)
- One evening per week or Saturday mornings (in-office)
- Hybrid model (in-office and telehealth)
- Full time is 22 clinical hours/week and 8 admin hours/week
