This position is a 6-month contract position with a possibility to convert to a permanent employee. Office attendance is required 2-3 times a week.

The opportunity As a Product Manager:

Your role is to design, implement and manage a range of high-performance omnichannel products that meet the needs of employees, members and customers.

You are responsible for the vision, development, evolution, implementation and promotion of the products offered, in line with the distribution networks of the various business sectors and in line with market trends.

You will assume a leadership and influence rolewith specialists and various stakeholders in the context of cross-functional and highly innovative development projects related to the product range.

You will make recommendations for the development and implementationof strategic projects of very high operational and conceptual complexity.

You will contribute to the development and recommendation of business orientations and positions relating to the products under your responsibility. The realization of your mandates requires a global and in-depth analysis and understanding of the business field and the organization as well as a knowledge of the member and customer relationship management processes (business development, service delivery, marketing such as solicitations, campaign management), as well as the technological solutions that allow them to operate (Customer Relationship Management – CRM).

You support the promoter to design, formalize and synthesize the strategic vision over a 5-year horizon of our products and our transformation while ensuring that you maintain a high flow of value and maximum consistency in their execution.

You participate in numerous linkages and interact with a very large number of stakeholders working in various fields of expertise.

You act as a coach for the team in order to help them improve their skills in their understanding of the target, on informed decision-making, on the strategy of product cutting and prioritization but also on their ability to clearly transmit the right level of information at the right time to the squads.

Your qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline

A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in business strategy.

Experience in business architecture and/or project mode in cross-functional projects requiring several linkages.

Experience in Agile transformation.

Experience in organizational, process or tool transformation (an asset).

You must be totally Bilingual (French/English.

Key skills:

You’ve already played a leadership role in a major transformation project that created the expected results.

You have a great political sense and a great mastery of interpersonal relations.

You are a good communicator, both orally and in writing.
