Overview
Join a dynamic construction team as a Project Coordinator. You’ll manage tenant build-outs and small capital projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion. This role requires excellent organization, communication, and a proactive mindset to keep projects on track and clients satisfied.
Key Contributions
- Oversee and update tenant guidelines, pre-qualify contractors, and maintain vendor standards.
- Review tenant plans and signage for compliance with lease terms and design standards.
- Collaborate with teams on pre-construction requirements, offering input on costs, risks, and timelines.
- Monitor construction budgets and ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Track project progress, maintain logs, and support timely tenant openings.
- Define small project scopes, manage contractors, and oversee site activities.
- Support team culture, safety initiatives, and uphold company values in every interaction.
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of experience in design, coordination, or related fields.
- Knowledge of tools like Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Office is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- A valid driver’s license and a team-oriented, professional demeanor.
