Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager at Severn Lodge. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations, including supervising staff, managing laundry services, ensuring excellent customer service, handling communication with guests, and participating in the hiring process.

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
