A few of the charities we support includes the Alberta’s Children Hospital, Make a Wish Foundation, and several local food banks. In the past eight seasons Ace Volleyball Club has raised over $97,000 for children in the Alberta Children’s Hospital, $100,000 for Make a Wish Foundation, $12,000 for the Canadian Women’s National Volleyball Team, and has donated a dozen boxes of volleyball gear to youth in Nairobi, Kenya via the Youth Initiative Development Program.

Role Description

 

This is a part-time on-site role as an Executive Assistant at Ace Volleyball Club in Calgary, AB. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support, handling expense reports, communication tasks, and general administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of the club’s operations.

Qualifications

 

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
  • Experience in handling expense reports
  • Strong communication skills
  • General Administrative Assistance proficiency
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Knowledge of the sports industry is a plus
