We are looking for a dynamic and autonomous Account Director to join the Optalent team, a growing company specializing in permanent staffing. You will work 100% remotely, with the opportunity to actively contribute to our success while having fun!This position includes 360 recruiting meaning that you will find clients as well as the recruitment activities.
What you can expect in this role:
- Prospecting and Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients.
- Business Development: Discover business opportunities and establish strong relationships.
- Client Follow-Up: Ensure rigorous follow-up with existing clients and ongoing projects.
- Negotiation: Discuss and finalize agreements and contracts.
- Needs Analysis: Understand and address clients’ needs.
- Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Full Recruitment Process: Manage the complete recruitment process or collaborate with a recruiter.
- Meetings and Networking: Participate in events to promote our company.

Requirements:
- Relevant academic background
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an Account Director in the recruitment field
