Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Generate leads and close sales for subscriptions on our new platform through cold-calling, scheduled appointments, and participation in expos. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Growth Strategies: Develop and implement creative strategies to acquire new clients and increase platform engagement.
- Client Acquisition: Use a multi-channel approach to engage potential clients and showcase the benefits of the platform.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and build partnerships with companies, brokers, and agencies to generate qualified leads and expand the network.
- Broker Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, providing tools and support to effectively market opportunities to their networks.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use data analytics to measure the success of sales initiatives and prepare regular reports to adjust strategies and keep leadership informed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, cold calling, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business expansion models or B2B sales is a plus.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
