Requirements of the Physical Therapist:
- Must have an active NY state license
- Must have an NPI
- Must have a worker’s comp certificate
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Benefits of the Physical Therapist:
- The salary for this position is $115,000 – $125,000 / yr
- Days off
- 401k after a year
- Travel reimbursement, etc
Schedule of the Physical Therapist:
- This is a Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
- Includes Outpatient PT, Comp/BF base.
- Mix of extremity, neck back injuries.
