On-Site Support Engineer Job Description

  • Provide on-site technical support by responding to customer support calls, emails, and tickets for troubleshooting desktops, servers, VPNs, and network devices.
  • Perform system maintenance tasks such as log reviews (security and system) and ensure regular backups are operational.
  • Visit customer sites regularly for troubleshooting, system upgrades, and deployment of new hardware or software.
  • Assist with client onboarding and support project tasks, including setup, upgrades, and configurations.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation for systems, processes, and customer interactions.
  • Monitor ticket queues to ensure timely resolutions, escalating complex issues when required.
  • Stay current with the latest technology trends and participate in training sessions for continuous skill enhancement.
  • A personal vehicle is mandatory for frequent site visits, with mileage reimbursements provided.

Qualification :- Any Graduate with 5+ years of experience on above mentioned skills.
