As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Operations Manager with hands-on experience and strong industry connections to expand FDS in Western Canada and beyond.
What You’ll Do
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and service partners.
• Offer innovative solutions utilizing FDS’s extensive rental inventory of Liebherr drilling rigs, drilling tools, casings, etc.
• Lead the setup of FDS’s Western Canada branch, including an office a workshop and a laydown yard .
• Prepare rental and sales quotes and visit clients across Western Canada and the USA.
• Represent FDS at top industry events like DFI, ADSC, IFCEE, and ConExpo.
• Report directly to senior management on progress, opportunities, and challenges.
What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years of experience in the foundation industry.
• Strong, established relationships within Canada and/or the USA.
• Hands-on expertise in the foundation industry
• A self-starter with excellent communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Willingness to go the extra mile to deliver for our customers.
