About Us:
CNR Earthworks Inc. specializes in civil construction and infrastructure projects, delivering quality and efficiency to high-profile clients. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our upcoming Medicine Hat Streetlight Project and other ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and cost control measures.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with Alberta Transportation and municipal standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management for civil or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
