My client, a global leader in information technology and consulting services, is seeking an experienced VP – Country Growth Lead to manage and expand their Canadian client portfolio. This role involves overseeing sales, delivery, and operations, with a focus on driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence. The position reports to the Country Head and Managing Director for Canada and will be based in Toronto.
The ideal candidate will leverage deep industry knowledge, Canadian market insights, and strong executive relationships to deliver immediate client value and scale the business. This role includes leading a high-performance team across sales, client management, solutions, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing and new client relationships.
- Drive P&L with a focus on profitable growth, expanding services, and market opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team across multiple functions.
- Develop and execute a market strategy with differentiated service offerings.
- Enhance brand awareness and market position within the Canadian geography.
- Lead key pitches, drive business development, and close transformational engagements.
- Define partnership and alliance strategies.
Qualifications:
- 20+ years of leadership experience in professional or advisory services.
- Proven track record of growing accounts, driving strategy, and meeting revenue targets.
- Experience managing P&L of at least $200M.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to innovate and challenge the status quo.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to build and retain a world-class management team.
