We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Must be proficient in Quickbooks online
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment at the front desk.
- Manage incoming phone calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as necessary.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and document management.
