As the Executive Assistant at this corporation with an environmental sustainability mission, you will be working alongside a group of passionate and driven individuals and providing both corporate and personal support to the company’s CEO. About the Job:
- Manage both business and personal calendars, including coordinating travel logistics for both domestic and international travel.
- Manage and coordinate meeting logistics, including meeting preparation and follow-up.
- Assist with drafting and preparing business-related documents and presentations.
- Communicate across multiple different platforms and ensure that messages are answered in a timely manner.
- Manage and process expense reports and conduct basic financial administration support alongside the COO and Controller.
- Assist with personal support such as mail processing, coordinating family-related scheduling, appointments, and household logistics.

About You:
- Experience. You have 3-5 years of experience in administrative support, including previous experience as an Executive Assistant.
- MS Office savvy. You can navigate all the various applications of Microsoft Suite, especially MS Outlook.
- Trustworthy. You act discretely, and exercise good judgement with confidential information.
- Highly organized. You are an exceptional multitasker, with excellent time management and keen attention to detail.
- Bilingual. Spanish language skills highly preferred, but not required.
