Executive Assistant to Chief Financial Officer

Financial Services firm in Midtown is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CFO and partner on business objectives. The ideal candidate would be someone who is an organized self-starter, who is also proactive and efficient. Being flexible and discreet, while maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail is crucial to this role. It is also important that the EA establishes and maintains clear, open lines of communication with the executives and various stakeholders, ensuring all parties are well-informed and aligned. Cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging these connections to facilitate collaboration and achieve strategic objectives is key. In this role, the EA will own the schedule for the CFO by arranging meetings, planning travel, creating PP presentations, helping set and track agendas for meetings, submit expenses, and provide other administrative project support as needed. We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant with previous experience working in financial services for the “C Suite”. Candidates must have 10-15+ years’ experience in similar capacity, a Bachelor’s degree and the ability to hit the ground running. Salary range in 125K plus bonus.
