About the job

Elastify is looking for a Customer Success Manager for a full-time, permanent role. The role is remote from anywhere in Canada.

Experience with SaaS or AI implementation companies is required.

What You’ll Do

Enhance Client Interactions: Engage with clients through a mix of emails, live chats, and phone calls to deliver outstanding service experiences.

Become an AI Expert: Develop a strong understanding of our AI solutions, including AI strategy development, data analytics, machine learning implementation, etc. Use this knowledge to effectively address client inquiries and provide insightful support.

Leverage AI Tools: Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to assist in drafting responses, gathering information, and personalizing client interactions.

Resolve Challenges Efficiently: Address client concerns regarding projects, service delivery, or technical issues swiftly and professionally.

Excel in Client Follow-Up: Guarantee exceptional service by proactively following up with clients post-interaction to ensure their ongoing success.

Innovate Solutions: Creatively solve any issues that arise to ensure continued client satisfaction and project success.

Collaborate for Success: Work alongside our consulting teams to effectively manage and deliver projects.

Optimize Processes: Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and overall excellence in client service.

Adapt and Multitask: Handle various tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to evolving job requirements.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Talented service representatives with one year of experience and a demonstrated ability to exceed customer expectations in past roles.
  • Individuals comfortable with innovative technologies, including AI tools like ChatGPT.
  • Outstanding English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, 5 days a week. Shifts are flexible..
  • Previous customer service experience in a consulting or technology-related field is beneficial but not required.
