Privately held aerospace manufacturer is adding Staff Accountant to their team. Opportunity to work closely with Controller and CFO and gain exposure to monthly close, inventory valuation, job costing, and revenue recognition.
Keys to an interview: Staff Accountant | Aerospace Manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, preferred
- Recent graduate OR 1.5-3 years Accounting experience
- Interest in growing your career with a technology-oriented manufacturing company
Key responsibilities: Staff Accountant | Aerospace Manufacturing
- Support month, quarter, and year end close activities. Prepare cost-related financial statements and reports.
- Perform cash reconciliations
- Participate in annual audits
- Manage and analyze cost structures for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Support inventory assessments, cycle counts, and collaborate with operations to ensure accurate inventory valuation.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models for strategic planning.
