We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to fill an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Representative based in the Triangle market! Are you a passionate people-person who thrives in a fast paced environment? Do you wish everyone had the same sense of urgency that you do? Are you an exceptional sales professional? If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build strong relationships with our clients to grow our business.
Our Sales and Growth Team is the engine that propels the growth and success of everyone on our team.
Expectations and Activities:
- Develop relationships with agents, transaction coordinators, team leads, the Broker-In-Charge, and other key decision makers to acquire new business
- Large group presentations
- 1:1 meetings
- Office drop bys
- Warm Calls
- Sponsorship events/social events
What we are looking for:
- Someone who loves being the energy in the room!
- Must be coachable
- Resiliency to overcome objections
- Self starter able to evaluate options and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales objectives and goals
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus!
Education:
- Bachelor’s (preferred but not required)
Experience:
- Account Executive or Outside Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary plus commission
